Cupcakes are amazing! Cannolis are made fresh and you can taste that! Staff is ALWAYS friendly and extremely helpful! I always find a reason to stop when I'm in the area!!

The food is great but the people are even better. There was a young army guy who ordered just after I did and the owner (I assume it's the owner cause she is always there) gave him his meal for free. I appreciate places that recognize our men and women in uniform. I will always eat here!

Love this place! They made breakfast for 50 of us at work today and it was so good! We did a build your own breakfast sandwich on bagels with fruit salad on the side. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend!

Always knew they had good food. But, I just had the best egg, ham & cheese on a garlic bagel, outside of NYC. I am instantly hooked. Great staff too.

Patty Cakes bakery has an amazing assortment of cakes pies cookies pizzas breads Bagels freshly-baked on the premises and beautifully displayed. I would recommend this place to anyone, the employees are accommodating and attentive and make you feel at home.

This bakery is excellent. The bagels in the morning are fantastic and made right on site. The pastries and other baked goods are also fantastic and great for any sized gathering or party. They also have pre-designed and custom-made cakes that delicious.

I loved the cake that they made me for my 40th birthday. Neat little shop you got there.

Bagels I would pass on. They were honestly not good. I ordered pastries and they were very good. A little pricey but very good and would order again when in neighborhood. Worth stopping in if your nearby

Honestly I have never not liked anything I got. From their breakfast bagels, pastries, muffin, to the cakes, cheese cakes and cupcakes. I have never been disappointed! Amazing bakery, amazing quality!

Cupcakes are too sweet for me. If you like extra sweet this place is for you. They do have awesome bagels though and good food.

I went in on a Sunday morning so it was understandably packed. But what intrigued me was the dryness of the cupcake I bought. It seemed pretty old for something that would, in theory, be at its freshest given the time of the week. Me and my wife were not very impressed with the overall quality. The staff seemed nice enough. I don't really have any other flaws rather than the food itself, unfortunately that's a big deal breaker for me.

Ohhh I love this place!!!! I came in to get a peice of carrot cake. That is usually not what I go there for. We usually go here for the apple coffee cake strudel.. you can buy a slice or a pkg... is so so good you HAVE to try it!. Today was carrot cake. Individual slices of anything worry me because they get dry or crunchy, Yuk. This was also the last peice in the case!!. All signs pointed to do not send your time money or any expectations on this last little slice. I have to say I was so blown away in such a positive way!! First off the person who waited on me was SO professional and just so nice. Not only yo me but the gentleman before me. She was very very nice and even went as far as to say thank for coming in today , we appreciate your business. It absolutely didnt just feel like something on auto pilot. It was sincere and as always we will be back! My cake was delicious, it was moist, NO crunchy hard edges!!!thank you for an awesome carrot cake and awesome service!!!🎂🍰 🥧

Wow, Price Gouge. Some Decent baked items, some not fresh, steep prices.Bagel was hard by afternoon. Place to go if you want to pay $9 for a piece of bread....Ordered Chicken parm grinder, 12 " of bread, TWO cutlets, yes TWO THIN small cutlets for whole 12" grinder!!!!! Dry, cold and a sprinkle of something I think was cheese.$9.00! Will use another bakery.

They have some of the best bagels I've ever had. You can't go wrong with the sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel (get it grilled). The best red velvet cake I've ever had was from here, I still dream of it after 3 years! Their staff is so friendly it makes you want to keep coming back.

No one helped me for 15 minutes. I called in an order 4 hours prior. They had no recollection of my order and did NOT have it ready. What a disgrace.

Ordered a custom Hello Kitty cake to be made exactly shown as picture. The lady said it can be done. So I paid four times the original cake price $80 to have them make one for me. The results is very disappointing!!! See attached pictures. They even don't have a proper size birthday cake box to pack the birthday cake so part of the "eye" is ruined by their mistake.Definitely NOT recommended if you looking for a customed made cake!!!But the cake itself taste good though.

Bagels and pastries are excellent, service is very poor, the staff forgot about me, close to 7 customers came and left, and when I reminded the staff of my order, which was only one bagel, instead of offering me their apologies, I was told to give them more time. I rather support private local businesses in my neighborhood, but with this kind of service, am not sure if it’s worth it.

Easy I'm and out. Didn't eat them , brought for a friend but cupcakes looked nice and tasty. Prices are a bit high to me, not likely to return.

Ordered cake for work event. Got a call morning or event asking me for order details. Really blew my mind. When I came to pick up cake it was close enough. Price was different when but the person behind the counter adjusted it to what I was quoted. All in all the cake was delicious and beautiful. I just wish the process was smoother and more professional.
